RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a Disrupt Shop Customer we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return
an UNBRANDED Product (ONLY), at your cost; to Disrupt Shop.

A product can be returned & refunded provided:
  • That the product is returned within 7 (seven) days after delivery to you
  • The Product has an individual purchase price of R35 or more
  • That you have the original invoice/proof of purchase.
  • The Product is Unbranded - Branded Products cannot be returned.
  • The Product must be in its original condition together with ALL of the packaging and cannot have been used or altered in any way whatsoever. Items with seals on them such as laptops, cell phones etc will not be accepted back if the seal is broken. This will be regarded as a used item
  • The number of products being returned is less than 15 (otherwise a handling fee will need to be levied and approved prior to return)

WE unfortunately do not accept returns on the following products:
  • Memory Sticks / USB’s
  • Branded Products
  • Discontinued Items & Clearance or Sale Items
  • Items that need to be assembled

What if the Product supplied is damaged or Faulty or if I have received an incorrect Product?

Our apologies if this does happen!

Once stock has been collected/delivered from/by Disrupt Shop, Disrupt Shop has no control over it. As such we do not accept responsibility
for any damages or shortages not reported within 48 hours after delivery/collection has taken place.

Should we supply the incorrect Product or if the Product supplied is damaged or faulty, the Company shall exchange the Product for a new
one, provided that the damaged or incorrect unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories within
7 (seven) days of the delivery of the Product to you. Cash refunds will not be given. The Company will replace any damaged or faulty Product
or an incorrect Product with a new Product within a reasonable amount of time. In the case of refunds, any monies due to you will be paid
back into the bank account from which payment was received from you.

If you decide to collect or arrange your own courier of your product this must be done within 7 (seven) days from notification via email that
your order is ready at our warehouse. Should you not collect your order within this time period Disrupt Shop will not accept responsibility
for any damages/shortages/faulty/incorrect products.

The Company shall be entitled to retain any payment already received from you in respect of delivery fees where a Product has already been
delivered to you prior to your return/cancellation of the order, as set out above.
